  Terrible service. My friend and I decided to place a order for pick up . We have ate at jukebox before and loved the food so thought we would pick up a quick bite on our hour lunch break . When I called the restaurant to place the order the man was very rude . Later finding out that I was speaking to the owner Mark .When I explained that it would be 2 bills he sighed and asked if it would be long ... I explained it was just one meal each bill . He then asked what I wanted and when I asked for a grilled cheese rudely replied "HAVE YOU EVEN LOOKED AT THE MENU , I DONT HAVE THAT HERE" Yes thank you , I have looked at the menu and to your dismay I have ate the grilled cheese every time I've come to jukebox in the past. He then gave me something I did not ask for , and because I felt so pressured I agreed . 20 minutes later I show up to pick up our order and am told to go to the back counter to pay . We waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without being greeted . Once we were the lady got our bills and we asked how long it would be being that we only had another 20-25 minutes on our lunch break . She said that the order had not been put in yet and we would need to wait another 25 MINUTES !!! When we told her to forget the order she gave us a very sour attitude and we left . All in all this was a very bad experience and the customer service was absolutely terrible . I will no longer give this restaurant my business or recommend to anyone in the future. For what should of been a simple request for takeout ended up being a nightmare .

  Good place to go if you have an urge for that Jersey diner ambiance. A tad pricey but the food is decent in terms of portions and taste. Had the Southern Comfort plate, which is chicken and waffles with a side of curly fries. Topped it off with a brownie milkshake. Came up to about 28 dollars.

  very popular place for junk food with a nice decor. The chicken and waffles is good but nothing special. The waffles were dry ... I would have prefer crispy and soft waffles with my chicken. I recommend to order the curled fries, they are simply amazing compared too the normal ones. The gravy of the poutine was a little bit too salty ... the best dish gotta be the soft cookie and ice cream. A soft and hot cookie topped with a scoop of cold ice cream omg it was heaven in my mouth! I heard that their milkshakes are pretty good but I didn't have the opportunity to try it, everything is pretty big for one person and I have to save some space for the dessert.

  Probably my favourite place on the whole island, price comes with it, it's expensive, but anything on the menu is delicious. When I go I always have a hard time to decide what to get because everything looks so good. And the fact that for two dollars you can choose 3 songs (any song, library is pretty limitless) to play in the restaurant is pretty fun (jukebox duuh). Apple pie milkshake is pretty literally just someone that shoved an apple pie slice in a blender with milk and ice cream, that's pretty epic no?

  Solid. Great atmosphere/decor and good food. Also an interesting selection of milkshakes. I tried a chicken waffle sandwich which was very good, but was a little dry and could have used more maple mayonnaise in my opinion. Still not enough to take away from a perfect score!
